It all begins with an idea.
My journey began at university, where for my final textile design degree show, I explored a question that continues to inspire my work today: how disconnected we’ve become from nature and the food we consume. I wanted to uncover the gap between our lives and the sources of our nourishment—and to find ways to help people reconnect with their food, the earth and themselves.
This passion through many iterations has evolved into this version of CASH&CASH CO, where I now guide, and create experiences that celebrate whole, seasonal food, mindful living, and sustainable practices.
Through workshops, experience, catering, and coaching, I help people, families, and communities rediscover the joy of conscious eating and living.
For me, wellness isn’t just about food—it’s about connection, balance, and living in harmony with nature.
